The Rhine valley, famous for its vineyards and architectural works of art, is a classical holiday destination. The Mosel valley remains peaceful, with its hills and valleys. The Ahr valley, north of Eifel, is famous for its fruit wines, beautiful countryside and springs from Bad Neuenahr, all of which make an interesting and pleasant region to visit. As for the Lahn valley, it also has many historical and natural sites worth visiting.
